Salvation Records are a small but perfectly formed label based up in the wilds of Widnes, somewhere near Liverpool, and houses some of Artrocker‘s current crop of favourite bands including ‘new blooders’, Klaus Johann Grobe and Psyence. Out of Liverpool itself, Strange Collective just may well be the icing on the label’s outstanding and already very tasty cake. The band’s debut slices up garageland guitars with sonic flower grooves and is sprinkled with a warm psychedelic cheer. You will be hearing more about the label behind this marvellous bunch in due course, but in the meantime get yourselves onto this banger of a tune. Play it loud!

Strange Collectives‘s ‘Sun’ is out on 28th February
